Morgan Guerin, secəlenəχʷ, is a proud member of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm/Musqueam First Nation.

He was born on Musqueam territory and raised by his parents and grandparents on the Musqueam reserve. From a young age, he learned to hunt, fish, and recognize the importance of his land through teachings from his elders.

Morgan has worked for over 20 years in the Musqueam fishery department as an aboriginal fishery officer, senior aboriginal fishery officer and now as a senior marine planning specialist and enforcement coordinator. Morgan also served three terms as an elected councillor for Musqueam.
